Our evaluation process follows the globally recognized Kirkpatrick Model, which measures impact across four levels: reaction, learning, behavior, and results. All service centre must implement the Training process as depicted below: The skills of employees and Competence of officers need to be assessed every year and Training plan is
to be made which need to be complied with. Tubes Division can provide the necessary help
in implementing the process at all service centres.
